Auto Expo 2025: Yamaha Tenere 700 Showcased At Bharat Mobility Global Expo
The Yamaha Tenere 700 has been showcased at Auto Expo 2025. The lastest version of the Japanese adventure motorcycle was first unveiled to the world at EICMA 2024 in Milan.
The Yamaha Tenere 700 is powered by a 698cc, parallel-twin engine, from the MT09 that pushes out 72.4bhp and 68Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike now features a ride-by-wire system which allows for two ride modes - Explorer and Sport.

The Tenere's suspension system features an adjustable 43mm USD fork with 210mm of travel and a rear monoshock with 200mm of travel. These are complemented by stronger, aluminium upper and lower clamps for increased durability and performance on varied terrains.
The Tenere 700 rides on 21-inch (front) and 18-inch (rear) spoked wheels that are draped with dual-sport Pirelli Scorpion tyres. Braking dutis are handled by dual 282mm front brake discs and a 245mm rear disc.

The Tenere 700 brings quite a few changes in the form of its design. Changes come in the form of a new LED headlight and blinkers, refreshed body panels, and a vertical instrument display that looks like the rally books used by Dakar riders.
The Yamaha Tenere 700 is expected to be launched in India later this year though that depends on the response from the public at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. the Yamaha Tenere 700's debut in India at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 marks a significant moment for both Yamaha and the adventure motorcycle market.

With its advanced features and superior design, the Tenere 700 is poised to capture the imagination of riders looking for the next level in adventure biking but the arrival of the Yamaha ADV will depend on the public's response to it at Bharat Mobility Global Expo.
