Honda Activa e: And QC1 Launched At Expo 2025 - The New Everyday Electric Scooters?
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India launched the Activa e: and QC1 electric scooters, both setting new benchmarks in the electric vehicle segment with their technological advancements and sustainable design. The Honda Activa e: start at Rs 1.17 lakh while the QC1 is priced at Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom).
The launch of the Activa e: and QC1 electric scooters comes at a crucial time in India's push towards sustainable urban mobility. HMSI has opened bookings for these electric vehicles (EVs) across select cities, with a nominal booking amount of Rs. 1,000.

We aim to achieve this by providing high-quality products and after-sales Care Packages for comprehensive protection and superior ownership experience for EV customers." The ACTIVA e: electric scooter marks a significant shift towards electric mobility while preserving Honda's iconic reputation. It boasts a 7.0-inch TFT display for real-time connectivity via the Honda RoadSync Duo® app, which keeps riders connected on the go. The scooter is powered by an innovative permanent magnet synchronous electric motor, producing 6 kW* of peak power. This allows it to accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in just 7.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 80 km/h.
In contrast, the Honda QC1 offers a blend of sleek design and advanced engineering, featuring a 1.5 kWh fixed battery that delivers up to 80 km* on a single charge. The QC1's quick charging capability, which goes from 0 to 80% in just 4 hours and 30 minutes, is complemented by its in-wheel electric motor with a peak output of 1.8 kW*, achieving a maximum speed of 50 km/h. It also includes a 5.0-inch all-info LCD display and a USB Type-C outlet, enhancing its suitability for daily commutes with added convenience and functionality.
Both the ACTIVA e: and QC1 will be available in multiple cities across India, with the ACTIVA e: launching in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai, and the QC1 extending to Pune, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh. These vehicles will be offered in five attractive colours, ensuring they appeal to a wide range of consumer preferences.

This package includes 3-free periodic maintenance services and free roadside assistance for the first year, along with a dedicated 24x7 call centre service. Additionally, the ACTIVA e: benefits from a free SaaS (Software as a Service) under the RoadSync Duo variant for the first year.
