Ather Energy Transitions Pro Pack To AtherStack Pro While Retaining Features
Ather Energy has introduced a new name for its software feature bundle, previously called the 'Pro Pack.' Now known as 'AtherStack Pro,' this rebranding does not alter the features or pricing. The change aligns with Ather's technology platform, AtherStack, which supports their connected electric vehicle ecosystem.
AtherStack Pro Features
The AtherStack Pro continues to provide the same suite of safety and connectivity features. These include SkidControl, FallSafe, Theft and Tow Alerts, and Live Location Sharing. Additionally, convenience tools like Magic Twist and AutoHold remain available to users.

Pricing and Warranty Details
Despite the rebranding, there are no changes in pricing or benefits. Customers will still receive a complimentary 5-year battery warranty. This move underscores Ather's commitment to providing a long-term ownership experience for its users.
Understanding AtherStack Technology
AtherStack is the proprietary software that powers various aspects of Ather's offerings. It includes everything from electric scooters to charging infrastructure and mobile applications. The rebranding aims to simplify communication and enhance customer understanding of the feature pack's foundation.

The rebranding under the 'Stack' umbrella is expected to streamline communication with customers. It provides clarity about what the feature pack entails and how it integrates with Ather's connected EV ecosystem.
EL Platform
Ather Energy is gearing up for its third Community Day on 30 August 2025. The electric two-wheeler company plans to unveil significant product updates during the event. Among these announcements, the introduction of a new EL platform and several concept models are anticipated. The EL platform is designed to support upcoming electric scooters, featuring an updated powertrain and electronics.
The EL platform will incorporate components from the existing Ather 450 platform's battery and Atherstack. This integration aims to facilitate the development of new models for both domestic and international markets while keeping costs in check. The brand's current lineup consists of models built on the 450 platform, but details about the new concept models remain undisclosed.
The introduction of a more affordable model could position Ather Energy competitively within the sub-Rs 1 lakh category. This move would place it against rivals such as TVS Motors, Hero MotoCorp's Vida, Ola Electric, and Bajaj Auto. The new concept models expected at the event are likely based on this innovative platform.
