Greaves Electric Mobility Launches Ampere Magnus Neo: A New Family Oriented Electric Scooter
Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML), a branch of Greaves Cotton Limited, has unveiled the Ampere Magnus Neo, a new and improved version of its Magnus electric scooter series.
With the slogan "The Power of More", this latest addition aims to make sustainable travel more attractive, affordable, and available to a wider audience. The Magnus Neo brings advancements in technology to offer additional benefits in terms of style, power, durability, savings, and safety.

Ampere Magnus Neo Features
The Magnus Neo introduces an array of features aimed at improving the rider's experience. It showcases a premium dual-tone finish in five striking colors: Metallic Red, Glacial White, Ocean Blue, Galactic Grey, and Glossy Black.
Performance-wise, it offers a top speed of 65 kmph and increased torque for quicker acceleration, setting a new standard for city commuting. Its durability is enhanced by 12" alloy wheels, while its safety is bolstered by an advanced LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, marking it as a standout in its category for employing this state-of-the-art technology.
Additionally, the battery warranty covers 5 years or 75,000 km, whichever comes first, ensuring more savings for its users.
Designed with family riders in mind, the Magnus Neo is equipped with smart and comfort features that cater to the needs of modern commuters. It offers a certified range of over 100 km on a single charge, three riding modes including a reverse mode for easy handling, and a portable battery that allows for convenient charging.
Riders can also benefit from an onboard USB charging port and optional smart connectivity, enhancing their riding experience further. Charging the scooter is both safe and efficient, taking only 5-6 hours to reach full capacity.

Priced attractively at INR 79,999 as a special introductory offer, the Magnus Neo is positioned as an exceptional value proposition considering its advanced features and performance capabilities.
Ampere has also made owning the Magnus Neo easier with financing options available at an interest rate starting from just 5.75% per annum. This initiative is part of Ampere's commitment to making electric mobility accessible to a broader segment of the population.
The Magnus Neo is set to be showcased at the upcoming Auto Expo 2025 in Delhi, which begins on January 17th, taking a prominent spot among the exhibits. Before its display, the scooter undertook a journey of over 2,000 km from Bengaluru to Delhi, demonstrating its reliability and endurance on the road.
This journey not only served as a testament to its capabilities but also highlighted the scooter's role in promoting eco-friendly transportation.
