2026 KTM 990 Duke Revealed With New Colourway - The Scalpel Get Edgier
Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM has revealed the 2026 KTM 990 Duke for the European market, introducing a new white-black-orange colour scheme while retaining the mechanical package from the current model.
The 2026 KTM 990 Duke continues to use a 947cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 122bhp and 103Nm of torque. KTM has kept the same state of tune for 2026, with the power delivery and gearing unchanged from the outgoing version. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox supported by a ride-by-wire throttle system.
The 2026 KTM 990 Duke features a steel trellis frame that uses the engine as a stressed member. Suspension hardware includes fully adjustable WP Apex units at both ends (USD at the front and a monoshock at the rear). The setup allows riders to adjust preload, compression and rebound to match road conditions or riding style.
The braking equipment has been carried over as well. The 2026 990 Duke uses disc brakes with cornering ABS integrated into the electronics package. The bike has retained its electronics suite, which includes traction control, wheelie control and selectable riding modes.
The 2026 update focuses on styling revisions. The white-black-orange finish replaces the outgoing paint options and adopts a sharper contrast across the tank panels, headlamp housing and tail section. The body panels, LED headlamp design, rear subframe layout and overall proportions remain unchanged from the current 990 Duke.
KTM has priced the 2026 990 Duke at €12,990 for the European market. This figure converts to roughly ₹12.5 lakh before considering duties and taxes. KTM has not confirmed plans for an India launch, and the model remains focused on international markets where the firm's larger bikes have been manufactured and sold since the start.
