2025 TVS Ronin Launched In India At Rs 1.35 Lakh: New Colours Introduced
The updated 2025 TVS Ronin has been launched in India, now featuring an enhanced safety feature and fresh color schemes. The mid-spec DS variant of the Ronin now includes dual-channel ABS as a standard feature, marking a significant upgrade in its safety offerings. This adjustment has resulted in a price increase of Rs 2,000 for this specific variant. However, its mechanical aspects remain untouched.
TVS unveiled the refreshed Ronin at MotoSoul 2024, and the official pricing has since been announced. The bike is now available in three new colors: Midnight Blue, Glacier Silver, and Charcoal Ember, with the addition of color-coded rim stickers on the alloy wheels.
Despite these updates, the overall design of the Ronin has not been altered. The pricing for the base SS variant starts at Rs 1.35 lakh, while the DS variant is now set at Rs 1.59 lakh, reflecting the price adjustment due to the inclusion of dual-channel ABS. The top TD variant is priced at Rs 1.69 lakh, with no changes in its price or features.
The Ronin maintains its performance capabilities, powered by a 225.9cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.4hp at 7,750rpm and 19.93Nm of torque at 3,750rpm. Despite the new color options, minor graphic enhancements, and the significant safety upgrade of dual-channel ABS in the mid-spec variant, the core specifications of the bike remain consistent.
All the listed prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. This update aims to offer riders enhanced safety without compromising the bike's original charm and performance.
In addition to the Ronin's launch, TVS's introduction of the updated bike alongside other market entries, such as the Aprilia Tuono 457, priced at Rs 3.95 lakh, indicates a competitive and evolving two-wheeler market in India.
