TVS Motor Company has launced the 2025 Apache RTR 160 in India. The updated TVS Apache RTR 160 now meets the OBD-2B emission standards. A notable addition is the dual-channel ABS, a feature not commonly in this segment. The Apache RTR 160 has been a popular choice across various regions in India despite its age. Over time, TVS has consistently updated it to maintain its appeal. The latest version includes ride modes and an LCD console rich with data. Higher variants also offer Bluetooth connectivity for mobile alerts and navigation through the TVS SmartXonnect setup.

The Apache RTR 160 is powered by a 159.7cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine. This two-valve engine produces 15.82bhp and 13.85Nm of torque and comes paired with a five-speed gearbox. The RTR 160 also features three distinct riding modes - Sport, Urban, and Rain and tips the sclaes at just 137kg (kerb weight) while featuring a 13-litre fuel tank.

The 2025 TVS Apache RTR 160 sports a double cradle frame suspended off telescopic front forks and a gas-charged shocks. Braking duties are handled by a 270mm disc at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear that are now aided by the newly-added dual-channel ABS. The Apache RTR 160 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 90/90 (front) and 110/80 (rear) tyres.

The 2025 Apache RTR 160 is offered in two colour options - Matte Black and Pearl White. The new Apache 160 also comes with red alloy wheels which TVS claims along with the colour options complements the sporty, race-inspired character of the motorcycle.
