2025 Ducati Panigale V2 Launched At Rs 19.11 Lakh - New V2 Engine, Lighter Frame
Ducati India has launched the 2025 Panigale V2 and Panigale V2 S in India, priced at Rs 19.11 lakh and Rs 21.09 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. The new 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 replaces the earlier Panigale twin and features an all-new engine, chassis, and electronics platform.
The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 motorcycle is powered by a newly developed 890cc 90° V2 engine, producing 120hp at 10,750rpm and 93.3Nm at 8,250rpm. The new L-twin is the lightest twin-cylinder engine that Ducati has ever made, tipping the scales at 54.4kg.

The new 2025 Panigale V2 features a completely reworked monocoque frame setup with the new twin-cylinder engine serving as a stressed member. The Panigale V2 features a double-sided swingarm derived from the Panigale V4.
Suspension duties are handled by a fully adjustable 43mm Marzocchi fork and Kayaba shock absorber on the Panigale V2, while the V2 S variant uses Öhlins NIX-30 front forks and an Öhlins rear shock.

Braking hardware for the new Panigale V2 lineup includes Brembo callipers across both variants, with the S version featuring high-performance M50 monobloc units. The V2 S also uses a lithium-ion battery, which contributes to its lower kerb weight of 175kg compared to the standard model's 179kg.
Design elements on the new 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 follow the Panigale V4 aesthetic with a full-LED headlamp with DRL and a tail section that forms a single integrated visual mass with the seat. The 2025 Panigale V2 also sees the return of the under-seat exhaust layout.

The new Panigale V2's electronics suite operates via a 6-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and includes cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Engine Brake Control, and Ducati Quick Shift 2.0. The V2 S adds Ducati Power Launch and Pit Limiter as standard. Also present is a 5-inch full-TFT display and four distinct Riding Modes: Race, Sport, Road, and Wet.
Deliveries for both versions of the new Ducati Panigale V2, available exclusively in the Ducati Red colour option, will begin at the end of January 2025, across all of the firm's Indian dealerships.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Bipul Chandra, Managing Director, Ducati India, said,
"The superbike category in India continues its robust growth, and we are excited to introduce the all-new 2025 Panigale V2. This motorcycle is poised to redefine performance and rider engagement in our dynamic market, embodying Ducati's legendary racing DNA while making top-tier performance more accessible and profoundly enjoyable for Indian enthusiasts. It's not just an update; it's a completely new motorcycle, offering the perfect synthesis of power, agility, and sophisticated electronics. We are confident the Panigale V2 will captivate riders across the country, delivering an unparalleled experience whether on the racetrack or their favorite winding road."
