All versions of the Ducati Multistrada V4 for India continue with the 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo engine that pushes out 170 hp and 124 Nm of peak torque. The engine features extended cylinder-deactivation system as standard. First seen on earlier iterations of the V4 engine, this tech now shuts off the rear cylinders even during low-speed riding, instead of just when the bike was idle.
The new Multistrada V4 also gets the Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) system first seen on the Panigale V4. This setup simulates multiple sensors to refine ABS, traction control, and wheelie control in real time, allowing for smoother and more predictable performance across varied riding conditions.

The Ducati Multistrada V4 S has also expanded its radar-based rider assistance feature list. Along with Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection, the V4 S now adds Forward Collision Warning. The Ducati V4 S' semi-active Skyhook EVO suspension now features bump detection, automatic self-levelling, and a lowering feature that reduces seat height by up to 30mm below 10km/h.
The number of riding modes on offer have increased to five, with a new Wet mode optimised for slippery conditions. Enduro mode has been recalibrated for more balanced off-road performance. Features like engine-brake control, a bi-directional quickshifter, Vehicle Hold Control, and standard cruise control continue unchanged.
The 2025 Ducati Multistrada V4 lineup now features a sportier stance. The redesigned front end draws cues from the Panigale V4, while the exhaust and lighting receive subtle revisions. Luggage mounts for panniers and top cases have been repositioned to improve pillion comfort and legroom during long-distance rides.
Bipul Chandra, Managing Director, Ducati India, said, "The launch of the 2025 Multistrada V4 and V4 S marks a new chapter for luxury adventure touring in India. The 2025 model year range embodies the very best of Ducati's Italian craftsmanship, offering refined design, enhanced technology, and unmatched performance for discerning riders and their pillions, creating a benchmark in the sport touring segment. With the 2025 updates, the Multistrada range delivers an elevated riding experience that combines technology, sophisticated rider aids, and power like never before."
