Yamaha FZ-X Chrome Edition Launched In India At Rs 1.40 Lakh – First 100 Customers To Get Casio G-Shock Watch
Yamaha has launched the new FZ-X Chrome Edition motorcycle in India at Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom). To make matters more interesting, the first 100 customers of the Yamaha FZ-X Chrome Edition will get a new Casio G-Shock watch.
These 100 units of Casio G-Shock watches will be handed over to the first 100 lucky customers at the time of delivery of each respective 100 units of Yamaha FZ-X Chrome Edition motorcycles.

Despite the introduction of the new colour scheme, the FZ-X retains its original design, features, and dimensions, ensuring that fans of the model won't have to adjust to any significant changes.
That being said, the powertrain remains the same 149 cc, single-cylinder engine, capable of delivering 12.4bhp and 13.3Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired with a smooth-shifting five-speed gearbox.
The Yamaha FZ-X continues to impress with its array of features, including the Traction Control System (TCS), single-channel ABS in the front coupled with a rear disc brake for enhanced safety, and a multi-function fully digital instrument cluster for easy access to vital information.
Additionally, the motorcycle is equipped with a round LED headlight, rear mudguard, lower engine guard, and the Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect App, among other cutting-edge features, catering to the needs of modern riders.
In terms of suspension setup, the FZ-X boasts a suspension setup that includes telescopic front forks and a 7-step adjustable monocross unit at the rear, ensuring a ride that's both comfortable and responsive.
The braking system features a 282 mm front disc with ABS and a 220 mm disc at the rear wheel, offering superior stopping power. Moreover, this model is compatible with E20 fuel, highlighting Yamaha's commitment to sustainability.
Along with the FZ-X Chrome Edition, Yamaha also launched the Metallic Black colour variant of the FZ-X motorcycle. However, this version of the FZ-X is a bit more affordable as it is priced at Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom).
