Updated TVS Apache RR 310 Launch Today: More Power & Fresh Looks

The all-new TVS Apache RR 310 is set to launch today in India (September 16, 2024). The bike will likely feature new colours and winglets on the fairing while retaining its current engine, albeit with increased power. Some dealers have already started accepting bookings for the updated model with a token amount of Rs 5,000.

TVS Apache RR 310: Enhanced Power

While there has been no official confirmation, it is anticipated that the new Apache RR 310 will deliver more power. The current model's 312cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine produces a maximum of 34bhp at 9,700rpm and 27.3Nm of peak torque at 7,600rpm. TVS might make internal adjustments to boost the power output closer to that of its sibling, the RTR 310, which has 35bhp.

TVS Apache RR 310: Features

The upcoming TVS motorcycle is expected to include high-end features such as cruise control and a cooled seat, though these may be limited to higher-end variants. Other notable features could include cornering ABS, quickshifter, cornering traction control, and wheelie control. Additionally, the bike is expected to come in new hues and patterns to attract potential buyers.

TVS Apache RR 310: Winglets

Initial test images suggest that the revised Apache RR 310 will feature winglets on its side fairing. This addition is commonly seen on larger and more powerful motorcycles and aims to enhance stability while reducing drag.

TVS Apache RR 310: Hardware

In terms of hardware, the bike will likely come equipped with an upside-down fork featuring gold-finished outer tubes and a preload-adjustable monoshock attached to a swingarm at the rear. It is also expected to have disc brakes on both ends with dual-channel ABS for improved braking performance.

The upgraded version of the TVS Apache RR 310 is anticipated to command a significant premium over the current model, which retails for Rs 2.72 lakh (ex-showroom). With these enhancements, it aims to offer better performance and additional features for motorcycle enthusiasts.
