Ultraviolette Introduces Supernova Fast Charging Stations to Transform Electric Motorcycling
Ultraviolette Automotive, India's leading Electric Platform and Battery Technology manufacturer has launched its all-new DC Fast Charging Stations under the name Ultraviolette Supernova.
Ultraviolette Automotive was established in 2016 and introduced the F77 in November 2022, as a flagship electric motorcycle. Backed by investors such as Lingotto, Qualcomm Ventures, and TVS Motor, Ultraviolette continues to innovate in the electric vehicle industry in India.
The Ultraviolette F77 comes with 27kW (36.2bhp) and 85Nm of torque produced by an all-electric motor that can do 0-60km/h in just 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 140km/h equipped with 3 levels of regenerative braking and a range of 307 km IDC range, however, the range may vary with riding conditions. Ex-showroom prices start at Rs 5.6lakhs.
F77 customers have the choice between a 6kW charger called Supernova and a 12kW charger called Supernova Plus providing fast charging times and convenience at Ultraviolette Supernova charging stations.
100 Supernova and Supernova Plus stations are planned for operations across Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu with 10 stations already opened and functioning as stated by Ultraviolette providing Ultraviolette riders with additional convenience on long trips with 20% to 80% charge time of less than 60 minutes.
