TVS Raider IGO Launched At Rs 98,389: The Fastest 125cc Motorcycle With Boost Mode
TVS Motor Company has launched a new variant of the TVS Raider, named the iGO, to celebrate surpassing one million sales. This new model comes priced at Rs. 98,389 (Ex-Showroom).
The TVS Raider, known for its advanced technology and numerous awards, has set new benchmarks in the 125 cc motorcycle segment since its introduction.
The TVS Raider iGO introduces "boost mode," a first in its category, powered by iGO Assist technology. This feature enhances the motorcycle's performance, making it the fastest 125 cc bike in its class.
The new model is available in a striking Nardo Grey colour with red alloys and an upgraded reverse LCD Connected cluster offering over 85 connected features. These updates enhance its sporty and premium look while ensuring a safe and connected ride.
Features and Performance
The TVS Raider is powered by a sophisticated 124.8 cc air & oil-cooled 3V engine that delivers maximum power of 11.2hp at 7500 rpm. It features segment-first multiple ride modes, enhancing dynamic comfort through gas-charged adjustable mono-shock suspension, low friction front suspension, split seat design, five-speed gearbox, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
The TVS Raider iGO boasts several impressive features: it offers best-in-class torque of 11.75Nm at 6000 rpm and accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in just 5.8 seconds. The boost mode provides an additional 0.55 Nm of torque, improving fuel efficiency by 10%.
Aniruddha Haldar, Senior Vice President at TVS Motor Company, stated, "TVS Raider just got even more WICKED. The segment first Boost mode delivers additional 0.55 Nm of torque and 10% improvement in fuel efficiency. Our GenZ riders care most about the acceleration and mileage and the new TVS Raider delivers on both."
Speaking about the colour, Mr. Haldar said, "Also the snazzy Nardo grey colour, paired with red alloys will continue to set apart the style quotient of our riders. It's this unrelenting focus on delighting our riders that has ensured that the TVS Raider has already surpassed a 1 Million count in the shortest period.
