TVS Mobility Subsidiary Acquires Roberto Nuti Group To Boost Global Presence
TVS Mobility's subsidiary, SI Air Springs, has announced the acquisition of Roberto Nuti Group, a multinational Bolognese company that manufactures and markets suspension systems primarily for heavy vehicles in the aftermarket.
SI Air Springs is a market leader in India, providing air spring solutions for the automotive and rail sectors. TVS Mobility has a strong presence in Europe through its other businesses, such as TVS Supply Chain Solutions and TVS Srichakra Ltd.
This acquisition by SI Air Springs marks a strategic move to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its presence in the heavy vehicle suspension market.
With Roberto Nuti Group's expertise and established reputation in the industry, SI Air Springs is positioned to enhance its capabilities and offer a wider range of solutions to customers worldwide.

Srinivasavaradhan, Director of SI Air Springs, said that welcoming the Roberto Nuti Group into the TVS Mobility family marks a significant step in their global expansion strategy.
The transaction was completed on 28th June 2024, with TVS Mobility indirectly purchasing 100% of Roberto Nuti Group through its wholly-owned Indian subsidiary, SI Air Springs Private Limited. The agreement also includes investments appropriate for the full relaunch of the company.
This strategic move by TVS Mobility marks a significant expansion into the European commercial vehicle market, enhancing its global presence and capabilities in the industry.
