TVS iQube Top-Spec 'ST' Variant Deliveries Commence: The No-Compromise EV
TVS Motors, the Indian motorcycle and scooter manufacturer, a year after its initial launch, has recently announced its iQube electric scooter in an ST (top-spec) trim. The top trim is powered by a larger battery pack than the standard model, and now offers more range and performance than previous models. TVS has already started delivering ST models to customers in Maharashtra.
The iQube ST is powered by a 5.1kWh battery pack, the largest battery pack compared to any electric scooter in its segment. The iQube ST also gets the option of a 3.4kWh which is slightly more affordably priced. The iQube ST 5.1kWh variant sets a new benchmark for top-spec scooters in its segment.

The 5.1kWh battery offers up to 150km of range on a single charge and a top speed of 82km/h, whereas the 3.1kWh battery pack offers 100km on a single charge. Both variants of the ST get 32L of under-seat storage and a 950w charger.
Moving on to the prices, the iQube ST 3.4kWh variant has an ex-showroom price of Rs.1.56 lakhs, whereas the iQube ST 5.1kWh variant is Rs.30,000 more expensive at an ex-showroom price of Rs.1.86 lakhs. The iQube ST was announced in 2022 with the launch of the iQube standard model and the iQube S trim.
In line with the launch and start of deliveries of the iQube ST model, TVS Motors has started offering a discount of Rs.10,000 to customers who had made their bookings for the top-spec variant before the 15th of July 2022. TVS is launching the iQube ST in a phase-wise manner, starting with Maharashtra, where buyers can take delivery throughout the state.
In terms of features, all the variants get Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation, but only the ST trim gets a 7-inch touchscreen instrument cluster and 118 connected features, which the standard and the S trim do not get.
