Triumph Daytona 660 Launched At Rs. 9.72 Lakhs | Available With Over 30 Accesories
Triumph has introduced the Daytona 660, a new middleweight sports bike for 2024. This model promises an exhilarating sports performance, offering a dynamic ride with top-tier quality and specifications in its class.
The Daytona 660 is priced at 9,72,450/- ex-showroom. It features a triple engine that combines low-end torque with high-rpm power, producing 95PS at 11,250rpm and peaking at 12,650rpm. The engine delivers over 80% of its 69Nm peak torque from just 3,125rpm. A new exhaust system with 3-into-1 headers and a compact underslung silencer enhances the engine's unique sound.

Thrilling Sports Performance
The power delivery of the Daytona 660 is managed through a six-speed gearbox. Triumph's Torque Assist clutch ensures a light lever action with an optimised span for better reach. This clutch design also improves rear wheel control during hard deceleration, making corner entry smoother and more confident. Additionally, Triumph's Shift Assist can be added for effortless clutch-less up and down shifts.
The Daytona 660 boasts a lightweight sports frame paired with Showa 41mm upside-down big-piston front forks and a Showa rear suspension unit. This setup provides an agile and easy ride. The rear suspension also allows for preload adjustments for quick setup changes.

Agile, Dynamic Ride
The bike features lightweight five-spoked cast aluminium wheels to reduce rotating mass, enhancing handling and suspension performance. Michelin's high-specification Power 6 tyres ensure confident road handling in various conditions.
The braking system includes twin four-piston radial callipers with lightweight 310mm discs and braided lines, complemented by a Continental ABS modulator for excellent stopping power.
The Daytona 660 incorporates advanced technology to enhance the riding experience and safety. A ride-by-wire throttle offers precise control with three riding modes: Sport, Road, and Rain. Each mode adjusts throttle response and traction control levels accordingly. Riders can turn off the traction control via the instrument menu if they prefer no electronic intervention.
Rider-Focused Technology
The multi-functional instruments feature a colour TFT screen integrated into a white-on-black LCD display for clear readability in various lighting conditions. The My Triumph Connectivity System is available as an accessory, providing turn-by-turn navigation along with phone and music interaction displayed on the TFT screen and controlled via switchgear.

For comfort and control, the Daytona 660 has racy clip-on bars positioned above the top yoke and pegs placed to balance comfort with cornering clearance. This setup offers feedback needed for dynamic sports riding while ensuring comfort for long rides. At lower speeds, the bike's well-weighted controls and light steering provide excellent urban control.
Control & Comfort
The bike features split rider and pillion seats with an adjustable rider seat height of 810mm. A narrow stand-over makes it manageable for riders of all sizes. An accessory low seat is also available to lower the seat height by 25mm to just 785mm.
Triumph offers over 30 Genuine Accessories for the Daytona 660, all engineered alongside the motorcycle to meet high standards and come with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. Riders can personalise their bikes with options like colour-coded seat cowls or billet-machined parts such as oil filler caps pre-drilled for lock-wiring.
Make the Daytona 660 Your Own
The My Triumph Connectivity System allows intuitive phone operation plus turn-by-turn navigation as an accessory on this model. Triumph Shift Assist can also be added for clutch-less upshifting and seamless downshifting with auto-blip functionality.

Additional accessories include heated grips, an under-seat USB socket, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), tank bag, tail pack adding up to 20 litres of carrying capacity, Triumph Protect+ alarm system, Triumph Track+ tracker with round-the-clock monitoring, and various locks.
"The Daytona 660 has all the attitude and agility you'd expect from the Daytona name," said Steve Sargent, Triumph's Chief Product Officer. "It brings thrilling performance along with real-world usability and all-day comfort that riders today seek."
