Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Full Specsheet Revealed - All The Details You Need
Royal Enfield launched the Guerrilla 450 at an event in Barcelona, Spain earlier today. The launch of the neo-retro roadster has also meant that the full spec sheet of the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has now been fully revealed for the world to see.
So, let's dive into the all-new Guerrilla 450's spec sheet and see what the all-new roadster is offering to the world, starting with the heart of the new roadster, the engine.

Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450: Engine & Gearbox
The new Guerrilla 450 is powered by the same single-cylinder, Sherpa engine that debuted with the Himalayan 450. This liquid-cooled engine features an 84mm bore, an 81.5mm stroke, and a compression ratio of 11.5:1. The electronic fuel-injected engine features a 42mm throttle body and a ride-by-wire system.

The new Guerrilla 450's engine, which idles at 1,300rpm produces 39.50bhp at 8,000rpm and 40Nm at 5,500rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox and chain drive. The Guerrilla 450 comes with a slip-and-assist clutch to help with smoother gearshifts. Royal Enfield, as has always been the case, has not revealed any details with regard to the mileage of the Guerrilla 450.
Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450: Chassis, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres

The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 features the same steel, tubular frame chassis as the Himalayan 450 which uses the engine as a stressed member. However, the new Guerrilla features a different sub-frame compared to the Himalayan 450.
Another difference seen on the new Guerrilla 450 when compared to the Himalayan 450 is the presence of conventional 43mm front forks instead of the USD units found on the latter. At the rear, the Guerrilla 450 sports a monoshock setup. While the front suspension allows for 140mm of wheel travel, the rear monoshock allows for 150mm of travel.

Braking duties are handled by a 310mm disc at the front with two-piston callipers and a 270mm disc at the rear that is clamped down by a single-piston calliper. The front disc on the new Guerrilla 450 is 10mm smaller than the one fitted to second-gen Himalayan. The ventilated discs are aided by dual-channel ABS.
Unlike the Himalayan which features a staggered 21-inch (front) and a 17-inch (rear) wheel setup, the new Guerrilla 450 Roadster sports 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends. These are fitted with some rather wide Ceat Gripp XL tubeless tyres - 120/70 (front) and 160/60 (rear) - with bespoke tread patterns.
