In terms of its design, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, the Guerrilla 450 maintains all of the typical modern-retro design cues. The naked motorcycle sports a round headlight, a circular instrument display, first seen on the Himalayan 450, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank (that can hold 11 litres of petrol), a long single seat and a small LED taillight at the rear hat hangs off the rear fender.

Powering the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is the Sherpa 452, a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that was first introduced with the Himalayan 450. The engine pushes out 39.50bhp at 8,000rpm and 40Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm which is sent to the rear wheel by a 6-speed gearbox.
The Guerrilla 450 features a steel twin-downtube tubular frame with the engine acting as a stressed member. The Guerrilla 450 features a different rear sub-frame compared to the Himalayan 450. At the front, the Guerrilla 450 sports a 43mm telescopic fork offering 140mm of travel while at the rear it features a preload adjustable monoshock which allows for 150mm of wheel travel.

Braking duties on the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 are handled by a 310mm disc at the front clamped down by dual-piston callipers and a 270mm disc at the rear with a single-piston calliper that are aided by dual-channel ABS.
The Guerrilla 450 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels that come draped in Ceat Gripp XL tubeless tyres- 120/70 R17 (front) and 160/60-R17 (rear). The new Guerrilla 450 weighs in at 185kg, which is 11 kilos lighter than the Himalayan 450 and offers 169mm of ground clearance.
