Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Battalion Black Introduced In India: Vintage Touch Amplified

Royal Enfield has introduced a fresh colour variant to its Bullet 350 range, dubbed Battalion Black. This addition brings the total number of black shades available to five, alongside others like Standard Black and Military Black.

Despite the similarities in color codes between Military Black and Battalion Black, the latter features aesthetic updates aimed at enhancing the bike's vintage charm. Among these updates is a redesigned seat that echoes the style of previous Bullet generations, aiming to offer improved comfort and support for riders.

The Bullet 350, known for being the oldest motorcycle in continuous production since its inception in 1932, has always celebrated its historic roots. The new Battalion Black model continues this tradition with design elements like a polygonal tail lamp, differing from the circular design seen in other variants.

This change, along with chrome detailing on parts such as the headlamp unit, suspension, and exhaust pipe, adds to the motorcycle's visual appeal. The design of the Battalion Black variant represents a nod to the model's enduring legacy while incorporating modern elements.

A notable feature of the Battalion Black edition is its seat design, which is lower and offers enhanced lumbar support, a throwback to the original design seen in the 500cc Bullet of 1989. This seat design has been a part of various models over the years, including the Bullet Machismo and Bullet Electra.

The Bullet 350 Battalion Black doesn't just stop at aesthetics; it maintains the bike's performance standards with its 349cc, single-cylinder engine, producing 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Despite these unchanged performance metrics, the model stands out with its unique design elements like 3D badging and golden pinstriping on the fuel tank.

Additionally, safety features include front disc and rear drum brakes equipped with single-channel ABS, with higher variants offering dual disc brakes and dual-channel ABS.

The Battalion Black, with its mix of traditional and modern features, exemplifies the brand's commitment to offering riders motorcycles that blend history with contemporary performance and style.

This model not only adds variety to the Bullet 350 lineup but also emphasizes Royal Enfield's dedication to catering to the tastes of motorcycle enthusiasts who value both heritage and comfort in their rides.
