Ola Electric Inaugurates 600th Service Centre In Vadodara To Enhance Customer Service
Ola Electric has inaugurated its 600th service centre in Vadodara, Gujarat, enhancing its service network across India. This expansion aims to improve accessibility beyond Tier 1 cities. Earlier this year, the company committed to expanding its service network to 600 centres and has now fulfilled that promise.
The newly opened service centre in Vadodara is the largest in Gujarat. To mark this achievement, Ola organised a free scooter health check-up for all Ola S1 owners throughout the day. With this addition, Gujarat now hosts 44 Ola Electric Service Centres, significantly enhancing customer after-sales and service experiences.

Ola Electric's Expanding Portfolio
Ola Electric’s S1 portfolio includes six models catering to various customer needs. The recent S1 X portfolio targets the mass market with three battery options: 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh. These scooters are priced at INR 74,999, INR 84,999, and INR 99,999 respectively. Premium models like the S1 Pro, S1 Air, and S1 X+ are available at INR 1,29,999, INR 1,04,999, and INR 84,999 respectively.
Commenting on the milestone of opening the 600th service centre in Vadodara, an Ola spokesperson said: "With the inauguration of our service centre in Vadodara, Gujarat, we have delivered on the promise of expanding the service network from 400 to 600. At Ola, customer satisfaction and seamless ownership experience are our top priorities and every new service centre we open is a testament of our commitment towards our customer centricity."
Extended Battery Warranty
Ola Electric offers an extended battery warranty of eight years or 80,000 km for its entire product range at no additional cost. This initiative aims to address one of the barriers to electric vehicle adoption by extending vehicle lifespan. Customers can also purchase an add-on warranty to increase the kilometre limit up to 100,000 km for INR 4,999 or up to 125,000 km for INR 12,999.
This expansion reflects Ola's commitment to improving customer satisfaction and providing a seamless ownership experience. The company's efforts are evident in its growing network of service centres and diverse product offerings tailored to meet various customer needs.
