Ola Electric Hits New Milestone – 500th Service Centre Opened In Kochi

Ola Electric, a prominent electric vehicle manufacturer, recently celebrated a significant expansion milestone by opening its 500th service centre in Kochi, Kerala. This new facility stands as the brand's largest in the state, highlighting Ola's commitment to enhancing its service network across India.

The inauguration of this centre is part of the company's broader strategy to ensure a robust after-sales and service support system for its expanding customer base nationwide. The launch of the Kochi service centre underscores Ola's dedication to improving customer satisfaction and vehicle ownership experiences.

Ola Electric Opens Its 500th Service Centre

An Ola spokesperson emphasized the importance of a widespread service network in meeting customer service requests promptly. The spokesperson remarked, "Our 500th service centre in Kochi is a testament to our service promise to our customers, and we will continue to strengthen our after-sales & service network across India."

To mark the opening of the 500th centre, Ola Electric organized a celebratory ride for its community members in Kochi. Additionally, the company announced a nationwide free scooter health checkup event scheduled for Sunday (April 21), aiming to reach customers across all major cities and towns in India.

Ola Electric also announced new pricing for its S1 X scooter portfolio. The scooters, available in three battery configurations - 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh, are now offered at introductory prices of Rs 69,999, Rs 84,999, and Rs 99,999, respectively (All prices in ex-showroom).

The company has also adjusted the prices of other models in its lineup, including the S1 Pro, S1 Air, and S1 X+, now priced at Rs 1,29,999, Rs 1,04,999, and Rs 84,999, respectively. Deliveries for these scooters are set to begin next week.

In a move to address one of the chief concerns hindering EV adoption, Ola Electric is providing an 8-year/80,000 km extended battery warranty at no additional cost across its product range.

Customers have the option to further extend this warranty, with the possibility to increase the kilometre cap up to 1,00,000km for Rs 4,999 and up to 1,25,000km for Rs 12,999. Ola Electric has also introduced a portable fast charger, priced at Rs 29,999, to facilitate easier charging for their vehicles.
