This new display supports Honda's RoadSync app, offering call alerts and navigation assistance. Additionally, the scooter includes a USB-C charging port. Currently, only the top two variants are available, with more options expected later.
Enhanced Features and Pricing
The Activa 125 retains its 123.9cc fuel-injected engine, delivering 8.4hp and 10.5Nm of torque. It also features a start-stop system. Prices for the DLX variant begin at Rs 94,442, while the premium H-Smart variant with keyless ignition is priced at Rs 97,146. These prices reflect an increase from the previous starting price of Rs 80,256 due to advanced emissions technology.

Comparison with Competitors
In the family-oriented 125cc scooter segment, only the TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect variant offers a TFT display like the Activa 125. The Jupiter's top model is priced at Rs 90,721. Both scooters provide modern features catering to tech-savvy riders seeking enhanced connectivity and convenience.
Future Variants and Market Position
Honda plans to introduce more affordable versions of the Activa 125 in the future. These variants may include simpler features such as a front drum brake to lower entry costs. This strategy aims to attract budget-conscious consumers while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.
The Activa 125 is available in six colours and meets OBD2B specifications effective from 2025. Despite these updates, it remains largely unchanged mechanically from its predecessor. Honda's focus on integrating advanced technology ensures that the Activa continues to appeal to modern riders seeking both style and functionality.
Overall, Honda's latest offering combines technological advancements with reliable performance, making it a strong contender in India's competitive scooter market.
