Hero Xpulse 210 Spied: A Closer Look At Its Road-Ready Features
After a long hiatus, new spy shots of the Hero Xpulse 210 have surfaced. The test mules might have gone unnoticed earlier due to their resemblance to the Xpulse 200 4V. Regardless, Hero's dedication to this model is evident, and enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting its launch.
The idea of integrating a Karizma engine into a Hero ADV isn't novel. Several "Karipulse" models, though not road-legal, have been created by combining old Karizma engines with Impulse chassis for track use. This concept has now evolved into a potential road-ready version.

Upcoming Hero Xpulse 210
The new Xpulse 210 will feature the chassis of the Xpulse 200 4V combined with the 210cc DOHC 4V liquid-cooled engine from the Karizma XMR 210. This setup includes a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch, enhancing its performance attributes.
The latest spy images suggest that the bike is nearing production readiness. Unlike previous sightings in Leh Ladakh in 2023, which lacked additional design elements, these new images reveal aerodynamic tank shrouds and a larger fuel tank, potentially around 17 litres.

Hero MotoCorp appears to be testing the touring capabilities of the Xpulse 210 with aftermarket panniers. These could also be Hero's own panniers set to launch alongside the bike. Features like a tall windscreen, knuckle guards, rear luggage rack, front beak, and high ground clearance are retained.
The Xpulse 200 4V was an upgrade over its predecessor but lacked power for highway cruising. The new Karizma's 210cc engine delivers 25.15 bhp and 20.4 Nm of torque, offering more power than the current Xpulse 200 4V by 6.25 bhp and 3.05 Nm.

What to Expect?
The upcoming Xpulse 210 promises better highway cruising with its higher engine speeds, smoother liquid-cooled setup, and larger fuel tank. It may also include dual-channel ABS on top of existing features from the Xpulse 200 4V.
Feature-wise, expect LED headlights, H-shaped LED DRLs, LED tail lights, an engine cut-off sensor, engine kill switch, fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, and a USB Type-C charging port.
The spy shots show wire-spoke alloys with a front size of 21 inches and rear size of 18 inches similar to current models. Front and rear disc brakes are also present among other components.
A Pro variant might offer fully adjustable front and rear suspension with greater travel and ground clearance for enhanced off-roading capabilities. The Hero Xpulse 210 aims to be versatile enough for various riding needs at an estimated price of Rs 1.6 lakh (Ex-showroom).

This model could potentially fulfil the "one motorcycle in the garage" philosophy for many riders due to its comprehensive features and improved performance.
