Hero MotoCorp Joins ONDC Network To Enhance Online Accessibility For Customers

Hero MotoCorp, a global leader in two-wheeler manufacturing, has taken a significant step by joining the ONDC Network, an online sales platform. This strategic move aims to enhance the accessibility of Hero's products to its vast customer base via the internet.

With over 12 million sellers already leveraging this platform to market their products through popular e-commerce sites, Hero MotoCorp's entry marks a notable milestone. This collaboration ensures that customers can now easily access genuine Hero spare parts without any barriers.

Through this partnership, Hero MotoCorp will offer spare parts, accessories, and other essential components for its two-wheelers online. Previously, these parts were exclusively available at service centres and authorised outlets.

Now, platforms like Paytm and MyStore will also feature Hero's spare parts, benefiting over 115 million Hero customers across India. This initiative is expected to curb the circulation of substandard parts significantly.

Hero MotoCorp is the pioneering two-wheeler manufacturer to join the ONDC network. This move sets a precedent, and it is anticipated that other major players like Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, KTM, and Bajaj may soon follow suit.
