Harley-Davidson X440 Rolls Out New Shades Ahead Of The Festive Season
Ahead of the festive season, Harley-Davidson has introduced new colours for the X440 to generate excitement. The X440 is available in three trims: Base Denim, mid-spec Vivid, and top-end S trims. New colours have been added to the mid-spec Vivid and top-end S trims to attract more buyers during this crucial period.
Harley-Davidson X440 New Colours
The mid-spec Vivid trim now comes in two additional colours: Goldfish Silver and Mustard, priced at Rs 2,59,500 (Ex-showroom). The top-spec S trim gets a new Baja Orange colour, priced at Rs 2,79,500 (Ex-showroom). It's important to note that the Mustard colour on the Vivid trim differs slightly from the Mustard colour on the base Denim trim.
Despite these new colours, there are no changes to the mechanicals or components of the X440. It retains its all-metal build and neo-retro Roadster design. The bike continues to be sold through Harley-Davidson dealerships, Premia dealerships, and select Hero dealerships.
Same Mechanicals and Componentry
The X440 maintains its original mechanical setup. It features USD telescopic front forks, wire-spoke wheels and alloy wheel options, disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, an 18-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. Additionally, it includes LED headlights and a fully digital instrument screen with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation support.
The Harley-Davidson X440 features a 440cc oil-cooled engine with 27bhp and 38Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike is the result of a strategic partnership between Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson, leading to the development of a new 440 platform for their vehicles.
