Yamaha Jog 125cc Scooter – 735mm Seat Height, 95kg Kerb Weight & More
Yamaha recently revealed the 2024 Yamaha Jog 125cc scooter. This updated version of the Yamaha Jog 125 scooter now comes with added features and fresh new colour options as well.
The updated Yamaha Jog 125cc scooter is scheduled to be launched in Japan on March 19, 2024. Thanks to a few changes made to the updated model, there is small price hike compared to its predecessor.

Speaking about the Yamaha Jog 125, the scooter is an entry-level model and it will be a great choice for many Indian buyers if Yamaha decides to sell this scooter in India. Moreover, the scooter boasts a large 21.3-litre underseat storage as well.
To make the scooter a bit more practical, Yamaha has equipped the Jog scooter with space to keep a small water bottle at the front alongside a sturdy hook. Furthermore, customers can also opt for USB charging port as well.

The Yamaha Jog 125 is also a scooter that will suit well to shorter riders with a seat height of just 735mm. In fact, it is a pretty compact scooter measuring just 1,740 mm long, 675 mm wide, and 1,090 mm tall. Moreover, the kerb weight of the model stands at just 95kg.
Powering the Yamaha Jog 125 is a 124cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, single-cylinder engine. This engine puts out 8.1bhp and 9.8Nm of peak torque. Also, thanks to its lightweight, we expect the scooter to be quite peppy and efficient with a mileage of 51.9km/l (WMTC Standard).

Thoughts About The Yamaha Jog 125cc Scooter
If Yamaha decides to launch the Jog scooter in India, we expect the model to have quite a lot of takers in the country, especially due to its low seat height (735mm) and low kerb weight (95kg).
