Luxury motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has unveiled the new Streetfighter V4 2023, taking the "Fight Formula" to new heights. This latest addition to the Super Naked Segment builds on the success of the Streetfighter V4, which set new performance standards when it was introduced in 2020.
The Streetfighter V4 2023 features a sleek and minimalist design, with a full-LED front light and a V-shaped daytime running light that pays homage to the Panigale V4. The fuel tank has been redesigned to enhance rider support during braking and cornering, and now has a larger capacity of 16.5 liters. The tank is adorned with new side covers, adding to the bike's aesthetic appeal.
One of the standout features of the Streetfighter V4 2023 is its advanced electronics. The new model introduces the Wet Riding Mode, which enhances safety on low-grip surfaces. The bike is also equipped with a lithium-ion battery, which is lighter than its predecessor. The dashboard has been updated to provide simpler and more descriptive information, and the gear change is indicated by an external green LED signal.
The Streetfighter V4 2023 benefits from several improvements in terms of chassis and ergonomics. The chassis now offers better stability, front-end feel, and riding safety, thanks to the evolution of the Panigale V4 family.
The V4 S version of the Streetfighter V4 features semi-active Öhlins suspension, which provides greater versatility and effectiveness. The rims are Marchesini forged in aluminum alloy, reducing unsprung masses and improving nimbleness.
The engine of the Streetfighter V4 2023 has also undergone revisions. The 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale now delivers 208 hp at 13,000 rpm and 123 Nm of torque. The engine has been recalibrated to match the larger diameter of the silencer outlet, reducing exhaust back pressure.
The clutch cover of the Panigale V4 has been added to the right side of the engine, allowing for easy installation of a dry clutch and clutch cover protection.
Ducati offers a wide range of accessories for the Streetfighter V4, allowing riders to customize their bikes. These accessories include a full-racing exhaust by Akrapovič, street-legal slip-on systems, mudguards, aero kits, carbon fiber frame and crankcase protections, and billet aluminum controls. There are also options available for those who want to use their Streetfighter V4 on the racetrack, such as tire warmers and stands.
The new Streetfighter V4 2023 will be available in India with prices starting at Rs. 24,62,400 for the Ducati Red color. The V4 S version will be available in two colors, Ducati Red at Rs. 27,80,000 and Grey Nero at Rs. 28,00,000. All prices are Ex-Showroom.
