Custom Royal Enfield Bike With 1000cc Engine: A Blend of Tradition and Power
Royal Enfield bikes have long been cherished for their classic design. Despite the influx of modern bikes, many still prefer the timeless appeal of Royal Enfield. Traditionally, these bikes come with engines up to 650cc. However, a new custom Royal Enfield bike featuring a 1000cc engine is now available.
A video showcasing this unique Royal Enfield bike has gone viral on Instagram. The video was posted by Syed Omar Siddique, who recorded himself riding the customized 1000cc bike. According to Siddique's post, Carberry Motorcycles, an Australian company now operating in Chhattisgarh, India, is behind this modification.
Carberry Motorcycles specializes in customizing Royal Enfield bikes. Their latest product, the Carberry Double Barrel 1000, features a V-twin engine developed from existing engines. This means two 500cc engines are combined in a V-shape to create the 1000cc engine.
The 1000cc engine in this bike is essentially two Royal Enfield 500cc engines merged together. These engines were originally manufactured by Royal Enfield for their older models, which are no longer available for sale. The customized bike delivers a maximum power of 52 bhp and 82 Nm torque.
The base model for this customization is the Royal Enfield Classic 350. Carberry Motorcycles removed the original engine and replaced it with the dual 500cc engines to form a 1000cc engine. The bike retains the Classic 350's petrol tank, headlight, and taillight.
Additional Components
Alongside the powerful engine, the bike is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox and a 7-plate clutch. These modifications ensure that the bike maintains its classic look while offering enhanced performance.
Availability and Pricing
The Carberry Double Barrel 1000 is available for purchase in India through Carberry Motorcycles' operations in Chhattisgarh. However, the price of this customized bike has not been disclosed yet.
