CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League | Rider Registrations Now Open For Season 2

The CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) has opened rider registration for Season 2, marking return of the world's first-ever franchise-based Supercross league. After a successful inaugural season, the ISRL is ready to push the boundaries once again.

In Season 1 of the CEAT ISRL, over 104 registrations were received from motorsport enthusiasts around the world, including defending champions from countries like the USA, Italy, France, South Africa, Australia, Thailand, and India.

CEAT ISRL Rider Registrations

Some of the leading names that competed in the league were Matt Moss, a 9-time Australian MX and SX Champion, Jordi Tixier, the World Champion MX2 in 2014, Thomas Ramette, the 2022 Prince of Paris in SX2 category, Hugo Manzato from France, Caleb Goullet, Reid Taylor from Australia, and Brian Gyles from Thailand. Rugved Barguje, a 3-time Indian national champion, represented India alongside other talented riders.

Eeshan Lokhande, Co-Founder & Director of the CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League, expressed excitement about Season 2 and confidence in its success. Lokhande highlighted India's ability to host supercross races in mega stadiums and venues as a key factor in expanding and enhancing the league. The league aims to create a mega rider pool of athletes from around the world.

Rugved Barguje, a 3-time Indian National SX Champion, shared his experience of Season 1 and expressed his excitement for Season 2. He praised the organizers for transforming Supercross in India and creating proper Supercross tracks for riders to fulfill their dreams.

Jordi Tixier, World Champion MX2 in 2014, also praised the first season of CEAT ISRL and expressed his surprise at how well-organized and enjoyable it was. Tixier appreciated the passion of Indian fans for Supercross and commended the organizers for constantly improving the league. He eagerly looks forward to Season 2 and creating more memories.

Supercross League Season 2 Opens

Brendan Sipple, who raced for Reise Motosports, described Season 1 as unforgettable and expressed his gratitude for being a part of it. Sipple praised the tracks, the racing, and the fans, and commended the teams and organization for their hard work. He is excited for Season 2 and looks forward to visiting new cities, racing for supportive teams, and witnessing the growth of Supercross in India.

The rider registration for Season 2 includes four categories: 450cc international riders, 250cc international riders, 250cc India-Asia mix, and 85cc junior class. The league promises heart-pounding action and intense competition for spectators both on-ground and online.

To be a part of CEAT ISRL Season 2, interested riders can register now. However, rider registration does not guarantee participation in Season 2. It serves as the initial step to enter the rider pool and be considered for selection by franchises during the player auction.
