Bajaj Auto has finally launched the 'Biggest Pulsar', the Pulsar NS400Z in India. Prices for the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z start at Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom), making it Rs 45,815 more affordable than the Bajaj Dominar 400.
The biggest highlight of the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Z is its powertrain. In fact, the new Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z uses the same 373cc, single-cylinder DOHC engine and 6-speed gearbox as the Bajaj Dominar 400.

This engine in the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is tuned to produce 39.4bhp at 8800rpm and 35Nm of torque at 6500rpm. Furthermore, the model comes with ride-by-wire technology and multiple ride modes.
These ride modes include Road, Rain, Sport, and Off-road. It is also worth mentioning that these ride modes not only affect the character of the engine but also adjust the ABS intrusion.
According to Bajaj, the top speed of the new Pulsar NS400Z stands at 154km/h, making it the fastest Pulsar bike ever. To match the performance, Bajaj has equipped the Pulsar NS400 with a 320mm disc at the front, and 230mm disc at the rear, further complimented by dual-channel ABS.
Additionally, the new Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is equipped with features such as a Bonded Colour LCD display with Dot Matrix display, turn-by-turn navigation, music control, Bluetooth connectivity, switchable traction control, 5-step adjustable clutch and brake levers, hazard lights, all-LED lighting, and more.
In terms of colour options, the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z comes with 4 colour options. These 4 new shades include Glossy Racing Red, Brooklyn Black, Pewter Grey, and Pearl Metallic White.
It is also worth mentioning that the bookings for the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z motorcycle are currently open, and interested customers can book the new Pulsar NS400Z by paying a token amount of Rs 5,000.
DriveSpark Thinks
At Rs 1.85 Lakh (ex-showroom), the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z offers a tremendous VFM quotient. However, this pricing is part of the introductory offer, and Bajaj Auto may hike the price very soon. We also expect the Pulsar NS400Z to sell in big numbers as well.
