Bajaj's Latest Teaser Reveals Big Upgrades For Pulsar N150 & N160
The Indian motorcycle landscape is witnessing a shift as riders increasingly gravitate towards performance-oriented bikes, and Bajaj Auto, the beloved Indian two-wheeler giant, is gearing up to keep its stronghold in this segment.
The Bajaj Pulsar range has been a fan favourite for years, commanding over 50% of Bajaj Auto's two-wheeler sales. As global markets have embraced the Pulsar, Bajaj has not rested on its laurels, consistently refreshing its lineup to stay in tune with the evolving market.

Teaser Drops Hints on What's Coming
The excitement has been stirred with a teaser suggesting a revamp for the Pulsar N150 and N160 models. These two-wheelers have carved a niche for themselves by offering a blend of aesthetics and performance that appeal to a wide range of riders.
Now, they are set to receive updates that promise to amplify their riding experience. Thanks to automotive enthusiast Abhinav Sharma, we've got a sneak peek into what Bajaj has in store for us.

What's New in the Pulsar N150?
The Pulsar N150 could be sporting a new rear disc brake, stepping up from the current combination of a 260 mm front disc and a 130 mm rear drum brake. This addition, along with the standard single-channel ABS, should instil greater confidence in riders as they navigate through the twists and turns.
Another potential upgrade is the introduction of a split seat option, catering to those riders looking for a more aggressive and sporty riding posture, which is currently offered as a single-piece saddle.

Enhancements for the Pulsar N160
As for the Pulsar N160, upgrades could include USD front forks for improved ride quality and handling, a step up from the existing telescopic front forks and monoshock setup. We could also be looking at fresh colour palettes and graphics to keep the aesthetic appeal on point.
The Bajaj Pulsar N160, which already boasts a trendy split-seat design, could further impress riders with new tech upgrades such as Bluetooth connectivity and a digital instrument cluster.
Retained and Revved Performance
Under the hood, the engine configurations for the new Pulsar models are likely to stay the same. The N150 is powered by a 149.68 cc engine that churns out 14.5PS and 13.5 Nm of torque, while the N160 is equipped with a 164.82 cc engine delivering 16 PS and 14.65 Nm. Both engines are paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
The hardware, including wheels and tyres, might remain unchanged, but we could see some new styling cues in terms of wheel colour. Both the N150 and N160 feature 17-inch wheels, with the N150 sporting a 90/90 front and 120/80 rear tyre profile, and the N160 with a 100/80 front and 130/70 rear profile.
While these enhancements will certainly make the new Pulsar models even more appealing, they might also lead to a slight bump in the price tag. Currently, the Pulsar N150 starts at Rs 1.18 lakh and the N160 at Rs 1.30 lakh.

It seems Bajaj Auto is all set to rev the hearts of Indian bike riders with the updated Pulsar N150 and N160 models.
