Bajaj Auto has expanded its electric scooter range with the new Chetak 2901. Priced at Rs 95,998 (ex-showroom), this latest addition offers a robust metal body and advanced technology, appealing to both traditional and electric vehicle riders. The Chetak 2901 is designed for everyday use, offering an impressive range of 123km (ARAI-certified). Available in Red, White, Black, Lime Yellow, and Azure Blue shades as well.
Advanced Features At Affordable Price
The Chetak 2901 includes features like a coloured digital console, alloy wheels, and Bluetooth connectivity. Also, the model comes equipped with a decent-sized 2.88kWh, and the top speed is limited to 63km/h.

Riders can further enhance their experience with the TecPac, which adds functionalities such as Hill Hold, Reverse, Sport and Economy modes, Call and Music Control, Follow Me Home lights, and additional Bluetooth app connectivity.

Bajaj has also expanded its dealership network, with over 500 showrooms across India now offering Chetak scooters.

Subsidies and Incentives
The Chetak range, including the Chetak Premium, Chetak Urbane, and Chetak 2901, is approved for the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme (EMPS) subsidy from the Ministry of Heavy Industries. Bajaj Auto is also part of the Government of India's Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Electric Vehicles.
