Ather Energy Unveils New Service Packs And Announces Sri Lankan Expansion
Ather Energy is gearing up to introduce three new service packs for their scooters. These packs, Ather Care,ther Care Plus, Ather Care Max will be available for one year or ,000 km. However, it remains unclear these packs are for the 450X or the Rizta models.
New Service Packs
The Ather Care pack is the most economical option. It includes two free periodic maintenance services and a 10% discount on both wear and tear parts and labour. This makes it an attractive choice for cost-conscious customers.

Next is the Ather Care Plus pack. This offers two years of periodic maintenance, one free polishing session, and a free wash. Additionally, customers receive a 10% discount on wear and tear part replacements and a 15% discount on labour costs, both of which can be availed twice annually.
The top-tier service pack is Ather Care Max. It provides two free periodic maintenance services, two free brake pad replacements, free belt lubrication, two free polishing sessions, two free washes, and two free ExpressCare services. Customers also benefit from a 10% discount on wear and tear parts and a 15% discount on labour costs, available twice a year.
Pricing Expectations
While the exact prices of these service packs have not been disclosed yet, it is anticipated that the premium Ather Care Max will be priced between ₹2,500 and ₹3,000. This pricing strategy aims to offer value while ensuring comprehensive maintenance coverage.
International Expansion
Ather Energy has announced its expansion into Sri Lanka. This marks their second international venture following their entry into Nepal last year. The company plans to open its first experience centre in Sri Lanka in partnership with Evolution Auto Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture involving Sensei Capital Partners, Atman Group, and Sino Lanka Private Limited.

The Ather Rizta scooter is comparable in size to the Honda Activa 125 but is wider. This design choice aims to provide more stability and comfort for riders.
According to leaked documents online, these new service packs are expected to enhance customer satisfaction by offering tailored maintenance options. The introduction of these packs reflects Ather Energy's commitment to providing comprehensive after-sales support.
Ather Energy's strategic move into the Sri Lankan market signifies their ambition to grow internationally. The upcoming experience centre will allow potential customers in Sri Lanka to explore Ather's electric scooters firsthand.
