2024 KTM 250 Duke Gets Huge Price Cut! All Details Here

The 2024 KTM 250 Duke has undergone several updates, both in terms of functionality and appearance, compared to its previous version. This model is available in three distinct colours: Electric Orange, Ceramic White, and Atlantic Blue. The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM has also introduced year-end discounts for the 250 Duke. Initially priced at ₹2.41 lakh ex-showroom, it is now available for ₹2.25 lakh.

The front profile of the 2024 KTM 250 Duke has been refreshed with boomerang-shaped LED daytime running lights inspired by the KTM 390 Duke. Visually, other aspects of the bike remain unchanged. In addition to the previously mentioned colours, the new model also comes in Ebony Black, offering a total of four colour options.

2024 KTM 250 Duke: Specifications

The 2024 KTM 250 Duke is built on a steel trellis frame. It features upside-down forks at the front and a monoshock setup at the rear for suspension duties. Braking is managed by a 320 mm disc with a radially mounted calliper at the front and a 240 mm disc with a floating caliper at the rear. The bike also includes a dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS) with Supermoto mode that disables ABS on the rear wheel.

One of the major updates for this model is the introduction of a new 5.0-inch full-colour TFT display for the instrument cluster, borrowed from the KTM 390 Duke. This display offers smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, headset connection, and more features through the KTM Connect app.

2024 KTM 250 Duke: Features

In addition to the updated instrument cluster, new switchgear has been introduced to accommodate its enhanced functions. These updates aim to improve user interaction and provide more advanced features for riders.

Mechanically, there are no changes to the engine in this model. It continues to use a 248 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine capable of producing 30 bhp at 9,250 rpm and peak torque of 25 Nm at 7,250 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring a bi-directional quick-shifter along with an assist and slipper clutch.

The alloy wheels remain unchanged at 17 inches in size. These specifications ensure that while there are significant updates in terms of technology and aesthetics, the core mechanical components retain their proven performance characteristics.

Overall, these updates make the KTM 250 Duke an appealing choice for those seeking both style and functionality in their ride without compromising on performance or reliability.
