2024 Bajaj Pulsar N160 & N150 Motorcycles Launched – New Digital Instrument Cluster, Bluetooth & More
In a bid to attract more customers, Bajaj Auto has launched the updated 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N160 and N150 motorcycles in India. These updated motorcycles come with a few updates to make the models feel contemporary.
Prices for the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N150 starts at Rs 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the more powerful 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N160 prices start at Rs 1.31 lakh (ex-showroom). That being said, both motorcycles closely resemble their respective predecessors in terms of design.

In fact, the design, chassis, and other cycle parts remain unchanged from the previous models, including body panels, fuel tank, and headlamp assembly.
Thanks to the update, the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N160 and Pulsar N150 come with a fully digital instrument LCD cluster. The standout feature, however, is the instrument cluster's support for Bluetooth connectivity via the dedicated Bajaj Ride Connect App.

In order to navigate this new interface on the move, there is a new Mode button on the left switchgear. Also, such switchgear layout is easy to understand and the learning curve is minimal.
With the addition of Bluetooth connectivity, riders can now connect their smartphones to their Pulsar N160 and N150 bikes. This allows users to accept or reject calls on the go, receive mobile notification alerts, and view mobile signal strength and battery level. Other notable features include a gear position indicator, distance to empty, instant fuel economy, and average fuel economy.
With the update, the 2024 Pulsar N160 motorcycle is available in three colours - Black, Red, and Blue. On the other hand, the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N150 motorcycle comes in Black and White shades.
The Bajaj Pulsar N160 is powered by a 164.82cc DTS-i engine that produces 15.8bhp and 14.65Nm of torque. This engine is expected to deliver a fuel economy of around 45 km/l.
On the other hand, the Bajaj Pulsar N150 gets a 149.68cc engine generating 14.3bhp and 13.5Nm, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Bajaj claims best-in-class power and torque, best-in-class passing acceleration (30-70 kph), smooth gear shifts, and a pronounced exhaust note for both motorcycles.
The Bajaj Pulsar N160 shares many features with its larger sibling, the N250. It boasts naked wolf LED DRLs, Bi-LED projector headlamps, and a digital instrument console similar to the N250, complete with a gear position indicator.
The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N160 and Pulsar N150 represent steps in the right direction for the company. By integrating modern technology, Bajaj can better position its products against competitors such as the TVS Apache 160 and Apache 160 4V, Yamaha FZ lineup, Hero Xtreme 160R 4V, and Suzuki Gixxer 150.
