TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect launched at Rs 96,855 (ex-showroom). The newest variant of the Jupiter 125 brings TVS' SmartXonnect connected platform to the Jupiter scooter range.
Along with the connected tech, the new TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect is offered in two new colour options - Elegant Red and Matte Copper Bronze - that are currently seen only with the new connected variant of the scooter.
The TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect comes packed with segment-first features that enhance the riding experience for its connected customers including the backrest for pillion comfort on the go. The standout feature is the Bluetooth-connected TFT digital cluster which allows users to connect with their Jupiters using the TVS SmartXonnect platform.
Some key features enabled with the help of the TVS Smart Connect app include turn-by-turn navigation, voice assistance for hands-free operation, call and message notifications displayed on the scooter's digital cluster, alerts from social media platforms and food/shopping apps, real-time sports scores, weather updates, and news updates.
The new TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect also comes with a few segment-first features including hazard lights and the follow-me headlight which remains illuminated for up to 20 seconds even after turning off the engine, which is rather helpful during dark parking conditions.
Mechanically, the TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect is unchanged from the other variants of the scooter. The 124.8cc engine produces 8.04bhp and 10.5Nm of peak torque and comes paired with a CVT transmission.
