TORK Motors Opens First Experience Zone In Bengaluru: Electric All The Way!

TORK Motors, India's first electric motorcycle manufacturer, has opened its first Experience Zone in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. This is a 3S facility that offers sales, service and support for the KRATOS-R motorcycle. The KRATOS-R is the first electric motorcycle in the country that is designed and developed in India.

The Experience Zone is located in 5th block, Jayanagar and will cater to the customers in and around Bengaluru. Customers can get a close look at the KRATOS-R and take test rides to experience its features and performance. Kapil Shelke, Founder & CEO, TORK Motors, said that Bengaluru is a very important market for them as it is the country's 'tech capital' and a city of motorcyclists.

The KRATOS-R is a premium commuter motorcycle that has a striking design, a punchy powertrain and a capable chassis. It has a 4.0kWh Lithium-ion battery pack (IP-67 rated) that powers a 9kW Axial Flux motor, which has been patented by TORK Motors.

The motor delivers peak torque of 38Nm at an efficiency rate of 96%. The motorcycle offers three ride modes - Eco, City & Sport - along with Reverse mode functionality. In Eco mode, the KRATOS-R has an impressive range of 180 km, while in Sport mode, it can reach a top speed of 105 km/h.

The KRATOS-R has received some updates earlier this year, including a completely black motor and battery pack, stylish decals, and a fast-charging port. It is available in five trendy colours. TORK Motors has also partnered with leading financial organizations to offer EMI options starting as low as INR 2,999 per month. Customers can book their KRATOS-R online through the company's official website.

Tork Motors has plans of expanding their range of electric motorcycles. In the future, they intend on releasing a different segment of e-bikes such as a fully faired bike with a larger battery. Also, they will increase their range of city-bikes and commuters in the near future, each having different features and a unique style.
