Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition Vs Super Meteor 650 – 4 Differences You Should Know
Royal Enfield recently launched the Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition motorcycle at its annual rider's event, the Motoverse. This is the fourth Royal Enfield motorcycle to sport the automaker's 650cc, parallel-twin engine after the likes of Interceptor, Continental GT, and Super Meteor 650.
That being said, the newly launched Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition motorcycle is more closely related to the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. As such, here are a few differences between the Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition motorcycle and the Super Meteor 650.

Design
The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition comes with a smaller 14-litre hand-painted fuel tank with decals that resemble the one on the SG650 concept. Also, the motorcycle sports blacked-out elements including suspension and headlight cowl.
On the other hand, the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 motorcycle sports a slightly bigger 15.7-litre, tear-drop-shaped fuel tank. Also, the Royal Enfield Suoer Meteor lacks as many blacked-out elements as the Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition.

Ergonomics
The Royal Enfield Shotgu 650 Motoverse Edition is a bobber-style motorcycle, as such, the model features a drag-style handlebar for a slightly stretched yet neutral riding position. Also, the model sports a floating single seat, along with repositioned footpegs for a more neutral riding style.
The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 on the other hand has a cruiser-style riding position consisting of lower seat height, forward set foot pegs, and backswept handlebars. Also, the Super Meteor 650 gets pillion seat as standard.

Wheels
The newly launched Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition motorcycle is a bobber motorcycle, as such, the model comes with smaller front wheels compared to the cruiser-style Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650.
Wheelbase
We expect the newly launched Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition motorcycle to sport a shorter wheelbase compared to the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 due to the sharpened rake on the former. This will make the Shotgun 650 a better-handling motorcycle.
