Royal Enfield Power Cruiser

This means the upcoming Royal Enfield's power cruiser will be sporting a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled powertrain setup with around 40bhp and 45Nm of torque. As such, the model will be positioned below Royal Enfield's 650 range of motorcycles.

Given the 450cc powertrain from the upcoming Himalayan 450, expect the Royal Enfield's upcoming power cruiser to feature a 6-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch. However, we also expect the upcoming Royal Enfield power cruiser to have different gear ratios compared to the upcoming Himalayan 450.

In terms of the design, the leaked image reveals that the upcoming Royal Enfield power cruiser to sport a similar design to the Benelli 502C. This means a low seating position, sweptback handlebar, and forward-set footpegs - Giving, the motorcycle a relaxed riding position.

It is also worth mentioning that the upcoming Royal Enfield power cruiser has been internally codenamed K1D. We also expect this upcoming motorcycle to sport two to three variants based on the focus of the motorcycle.

Also, expect the upcoming Royal Enfield power cruiser to come with equipments such as a digital instrument cluster, USD forks at the front, mono shock at the rear, Bluetooth connectivity, dual-channel ABS, and multiple ride modes.

That being said, the upcoming Royal Enfield power cruiser is still in its initial development stages, and we expect this motorcycle to be launched in 2025 or later. At that time, we expect this motorcycle to be priced around the Rs 3 lakh mark.

Thoughts About The Upcoming Royal Enfield Power Cruiser

The launch of the Royal Enfield's power cruiser will be a brand-diversifying exercise. As a company, this is a very good strategy and it is expected to attract a wider range of customers and likely to have a positive impact on the overall sales figures.
