Ola Unveils 4 New Electric Motorcycles – Check Out All Details Here
On the 77th Independence Day of India, Ola Electric unveiled not one but four new electric motorcycle concepts in India. These 4 new electric motorcycles cover a wide range of customer preferences and requirements.
Diving into details, these new electric motorcycles include Ola Roadster, Ola Cruiser, Ola Adventure, and Ola Diamondhead. The latter is a supersport motorcycle aimed towards riders who prefer sporty motorcycles.
That being said, Ola Electric is yet to reveal any specifications regarding these electric motorcycle concepts. Moreover, we expect the production versions of these motorcycles to be slightly different compared to these concept models.
Starting with the Ola Cruiser, this electric cruiser motorcycle concept looks nothing like any other cruiser motorcycle currently on sale across the globe. Some of the noticeable design details include a thick suspension cover on the telescopic front suspension and a long swingarm.
On the other hand, the Ola Roadster is a naked motorcycle that looks very futuristic. It is also the simplest-looking motorcycle of the lot. However, this electric motorcycle comes equipped with a more sophisticated USD forks at the front.
The Ola Adventure is yet another concept electric motorcycle that grabbed a lot of eyeballs. This iteration is expected to sport a larger battery pack to give the model additional range given its positioning in the market. This model also features USD forks at the front.
Finally, the Ola Diamondhead is a supersport motorcycle and it looks the most futuristic of the lot. In fact, the Ola Diamondhead concept seems to feature a very sophisticated duolever front suspension. We also expect this iteration of the Ola electric motorcycle to be the most expensive.
That being said, all of these electric motorcycles have a few common things including a large touchscreen interface system, dual front discs, a rear disc brake, mono rear suspension, and a futuristic design theme.
Thoughts: When launched, Ola Electric's upcoming electric motorcycles are expected to woo plenty of new-generation motorcycle buyers in the country. As such, we do not have any doubt that Ola Electric will be one of the top 3 two-wheeler manufacturers in India.
