Kinetic Zulu Electric Scooter Launched In India At Rs 94,990
Ahead of the new year, Kinetic Green launched the new Kinetic Zulu electric scooter in India at Rs 94,990 (ex-showroom, Mumbai). This new electric scooter from Kinetic Green is expected to improve the company's sales figures, especially in the urban areas.
Speaking about the new Kinetic Zulu, the electric scooter is pretty lightweight at just 93 kilograms. Also, dimension-wise, the new Zulu electric scooter measures just 1,830mm long, 715mm wide, and 1,135mm tall.
These dimensions make the new Kinetic Zulu electric scooter compact and pretty handy in tight and congested areas. Despite its compact dimension, the Kinetic Zulu sports an adequate ground clearance of 160mm, making it ideal for Indian Roads with large speed breakers.
Also, thanks to its lightweight and compact dimensions, the new Kinetic Zulu offers decent performance with a top speed of 60km/h. Furthermore, the company claims that the Zulu electric scooter has a range of 104 kilometres on a fully charged battery pack.
Powering the new Kinetic Zulu electric scooter is a BLDC hub-mounted electric motor with 2.8bhp. Furthermore, the model is equipped with a decent-sized 2.27kWh Li-ion battery pack. Also, the Kinetic Zulu can charge up to 80 per cent of battery capacity even with a 15-Amp socket.
In terms of features, the Kinetic Zulu electric scooter comes equipped with an Auto Cut Charger, a digital instrument cluster, a side-stand sensor, a USB charging port, underseat storage lighting, front and rear disc brakes, and LED DRLs.
Also, catering to the needs of Indian customers, the new Kinetic Zulu electric scooter comes with some interesting details including a front bag hook, front storage space, sturdy yet stylish rear grab handle, and large underseat storage.
Coming to the colour options, Kinetic Green is offering 6 shades for the new Zulu electric scooter. These shades include Cloud Grey, FB Blue, Pixel White, Black X, Insta Orange, and UTube Red.
It is also worth mentioning that Kinetic Green promises to plant 1 tree for every Kinetic Zulu electric scooter sold in the country. This is a great initiative and we expect more automakers to follow this even if they sell ICE vehicles.
