Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror Launched At Rs 2.25 Lakh: Blend Of Classic Design & Robust Performance
Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles introduced the new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror motorcycle, the latest addition in the 'Factory Custom' series. The model merges classic design, robust performance and comfort, featuring a chrome tank and diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has launched the new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror motorcycle at Rs 2.25 lakh (ex-showroom). This new motorcycle stands as the latest addition in the 'Factory Custom' series and holds the flagship position in the Bobber range.
According to the two-wheeler manufacturer, the newly launched Jawa 42 Black Mirror motorcycle epitomizes the brand's commitment to providing a harmonious blend of classic design, robust performance, and supreme comfort.
In terms of design, the Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror features a chrome tank which invokes the nostalgia of old Jawa models. There is also a pair of premium diamond-cut alloy wheels, which lend the model a premium aura and an irresistible charm.
The new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror also packs some performance improvement in the form of an advanced 38mm throttle body (up from the previous 33mm) - Resulting in a refined engine idling. Reducing the idling RPM from 1,500 to 1,350rpm.
Additionally, the new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror also comes with an updated fuel map, remodelled gear and engine covers. To round up the upgrades, the rear monoshock now offers better damping for a more comfortable and smoother ride.
That being said, the motorcycle continues to draw its power from the 334cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with 29.49bhp and 32.7Nm of torque. This powertrain comes mated to a 6-speed transmission, coupled with an Assist & Slipper Clutch for smoother shifts and lighter clutch action.
At the launch, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles' CEO, Ashish Singh Joshi, expressed his pride, mentioning how the overwhelming feedback for the 42 Bobber inspired the development of the new Black Mirror model. He regarded Bobbers as a reflection of uniqueness and individualism.
Thoughts: Priced at Rs 2,25,187 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror is an exciting addition to the company's current lineup. Moreover, we expect this motorcycle to be a crowd-puller for the brand during this festive season.
