Honda SP125 Sports Edition Motorcycle Launched In India At Rs 90,567

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) launched the new Honda SP125 Sports Edition motorcycle in India at Rs 90,567 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This new model is expected to attract more customers during the festive season and boost overall sales for the company.

According to the Japanese automaker, the new Honda SP125 Sports Edition motorcycle combines the youthfulness with an enjoyable ride. Bookings for the SP125 Sports Edition have commenced and it will be available for a limited time at all Honda Red Wing dealerships across the nation.

Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO, HMSI, introduced Honda's newest limited-edition model stating that since its inception, the Honda SP125 has always captivated customers with its innovative features. The stylish design, coupled with the thrilling performance in the 125cc premium commuter motorcycle segment is sure to impress the audience.

In response to the SP125 Sports Edition's unveiling, Yogesh Mathur, Director of Sales and Marketing for HMSI stated, "We are elated to announce the release of the Honda SP125 Sports Edition. Coming to the design, the new Honda SP125 Sports Edition sports a striking tank design, matte muffler cover, enhanced graphics along with vivid stripes on body panels. Also, the model is offered in two exciting shades - Decent Blue Metallic and Heavy Grey Metallic.

Noticeable features in the new Honda SP125 Sports Edition motorcycle include a bright LED headlamp, a fully digital instrument console boasting a gear position indicator and other mileage data. The model also comes with alloy wheels and a front disc brake.

Powering the Honda SP125 Sports Edition is a tried-and-tested 123.94cc, single-cylinder, BSVI. OBD2 PGM-FI engine. This engine in the Honda SP125 Sports Edition is tuned to produce a healthy 10.72bhp and 10.9Nm of torque.

Like most Honda motorcycles in India, HMSI is also offering a special 10-year warranty package with the Honda SP125 Sports Edition motorcycle. This includes a 3-year standard warranty and an optional 7-year warranty on the motorcycle.
