Honda Launches New Range Of Engine Oil: Pro Honda Series
Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) launch its all-new line of engine oil, Pro Honda. The oils can be availed in two grades: Pro Honda 10W30 and Pro Honda 5W30.
Pro Honda's 10W30 has two types which can be used for all Honda 2-wheelers. The types are 10W30 MA, for motorcycles, and 10W30 MB, for scooters. The other oil, 5W30 also has two types, 5W30 MA, for motorcycles, and 5W30 MB, for scooters. The 5W series of oil can only be used on engines that follow BS-VI norms.
All the Pro Honda oils are available at authorised HMSI outlets and markets. They can be bought in packs of 600ml, 800ml, 900ml, 1000ml, and 1200ml. Starting prices of the oils are Rs. 333 for the 10W30 grade, 800ml pack and Rs. 311 for the 5W30 grade, 600ml pack.
HMSI's new Pro Honda range has been approved by Honda engineers to maintain the "designed-in performance" of Honda two-wheelers. The oils were also formulated and tested by the engineers. Among all countries Honda is present in, HMSI is the first to introduce Pro Honda.
HMSI claims that Pro Honda has a 5-in-1 technology - has better anti-rust properties, longer engine life, better fuel efficiency, low viscosity, and environment-friendly low emissions. Also it ensures a low viscosity with low friction technology.
