To kickstart these programs, the first 10,000 customers who purchase a new vehicle will be enrolled in the Extended Warranty program at no additional cost. This offer applies specifically to H’ness CB350 & CB350RS customers and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting from August 8th, 2023. Customers have the opportunity to acquire an 'Extended Warranty Plus' within a flexible timeframe ranging from 91 days up to nine years from the date of vehicle purchase. This program provides comprehensive warranty coverage for ten years and offers transferable renewal options even if there is a change in ownership.
With a focus on providing cost-effective ownership experiences, this program ensures longevity through regular maintenance, resulting in unmatched customer satisfaction. The core of the 'Extended Warranty Plus' program lies in its comprehensive coverage that safeguards critical engine components as well as essential mechanical and electrical parts.
Customers can choose from three tailored options: a three-year policy for vehicles up to their seventh year, a two-year policy for eighth-year vehicles, and a one-year policy for ninth-year vehicles. These options extend coverage up to 130,000 kilometers for all H’ness & CB350RS motorcycles.
Key Features of Extended Warranty Plus include the covering of failures caused by manufacturing defects, warranty coverage up to ten years, longer vehicle life with regular maintenance leading to higher resale value, and renewal options for up to nine years after vehicle purchase. Furthermore, it is a transferable policy and is applicable across India.
