Design Of Upcoming Hero Xude 125cc Scooter Leaked – Here’s Everything We Know So Far
Hero MotoCorp has enjoyed decent success with the recently launched Hero Xoom scooter in India.
This Hero Xoom scooter has been gaining good traction, especially in tier and tier 2 cities in India. The sporty design of the Hero Xoom scooter can be considered a hit among its target audience, and the model also comes loaded with tech.
As such, it only becomes logical for a manufacturer to introduce a 125cc version based on the same sporty design theme. That being said, design patent images of Hero's upcoming scooter were recently leaked online.
These leaked images confirm that Hero MotoCorp is developing a new sporty scooter for the Indian market. Analysing the design, there are similarities to the Hero Xoom, however, this new model comes with its own unique design elements.
Some of the stand out design elements of the Hero Xude include sharp lines, bigger 14-inch wheels, petal disc brakes at the front, stepped rear seats, a raked rear section, split grab rails, and a few more.
That being said, we expect the upcoming Hero Xude to come equipped with the same powerful projector LED headlights as the Hero Xoom scooter. Moreover, these headlights are likely to be mounted on the apron.
That being said, we expect the upcoming Hero Xude scooter to come powered by the same 125cc powertrain as other 125cc Hero scooters such as Destini and Maestro Edge. This 125cc, single-cylinder engine is expected to produce more than 9bhp and 10.4Nm of peak torque.
We also expect the upcoming Hero Xude scooter to come equipped with a long feature list and exciting shades. Also, we expect the model to come equipped with features such as a digital dashboard, XTEC Bluetooth connectivity, alloy wheels, cornering lamps, and Start/Stop technology.
That being said, we expect the Hero Xude scooter to be launched ahead of the 2024 festive season. Also, when launched, we expect this model to do well in the Indian two-wheeler market.
