Hero Xpulse 200 4V Pro Variant – All Things You Need To Know
Hero MotoCorp launched the updated iteration of the 2023 Hero Xpulse 200 4V motorcycle in India with updated features. Along with that, the Indian two-wheeler manufacturer also launched the Pro variant of the updated motorcycle.
That being said, here are the top things you need to know about the newly launched 'Pro' variant of the updated 2023 Hero Xpulse 200 4V motorcycle.
Cosmetic Changes
Though the Pro variant of the Hero Xpulse 200 4V looks quite different to the standard iteration of the motorcycle, the visual distinction is more due to upgraded hardware rather than cosmetic updates.
Some of the noticeable cosmetic updates on the Pro variant include the distinct-looking Rally Edition Graphics, Blacked-out elements such as grab rails, front forks, and engine. On top of that, the cylinder head of the engine is finished in Red colour.
Mechanical Upgrades
The 'Pro' variant of the updated 2023 Hero Xpulse 200 4V motorcycle features fully adjustable front and rear suspension. These upgraded suspensions also come with increased wheel travel for better off-roadability (250mm at the front and 220mm at the rear Vs 190mm at the front and 170mm at the rear).
Thanks to this upgraded suspension setup, the ground clearance and the seat height for the Hero Xpulse 200 4V Pro variant stand at 270mm and 850mm, respectively. To complement these upgrades, the company has also equipped the Pro variant with a handlebar riser.
Powertrain
The Hero Xpulse 200 4V Pro variant continues to be powered by the same powertrain that powers the standard model. This 199.6cc, 4-valve, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine produces 18.83bhp of power at 8,000rpm and 17.35Nm of torque at 6,500rpm.
On top of that, the gearbox also remains identical to the standard model with a 5-speed gearbox sending power and torque to the rear wheels via a chain drive system.
Price
The Pro variant of the updated 2023 Hero Xpulse 200 4V motorcycle is priced at Rs 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is approximately Rs 7,000 more that the standard variant of the motorcycle.
