Hero Motocorp commenced the deliveries of the new Hero Karizma XMR motorcycle in India.
Since the deliveries of the Hero Karizma XMR motorcycle have commenced, we can expect to see more examples of this motorcycle on the Indian roads. Also, we expect Hero MotoCorp to have an improved presence in the 200+cc segment in the coming months.
Speaking about the Hero Karizma XMR, this bike features a full fairing with sharp and angular styling. Some of the highlighting design elements of Karizma XMR include a muscular fuel tank, split seats, clip-on handlebars, stubby exhaust, and slim LED taillamps.
Coming to the colour options, the new Karizma XMR is available in three exterior shades - Iconic Yellow, Turbo Red, and Matte Phantom Black. Overall, this design and shade combination of the new Hero Karizma XMR looks youthful and sporty.
Powering the Hero Karizma XMR is an all-new 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve, DOHC engine. This engine is tuned to produce 25.15bhp at 9,250rpm and 20.4Nm of peak torque at 7,250rpm.
Also, unlike the OG Karizma, the new Hero Karizma XMR motorcycle comes paired with an all-new 6-speed gearbox with Slip & Assist clutch. Thanks to such a setup, we expect the new Karizma XMR to have good mile-munching capabilities.
It is also worth mentioning that the new Hero Karizma XMR uses an all-new steel Trellis frame. Also, the model features a 37mm telescopic suspension at the front and a 6-step pre-load adjustable mono suspension at the rear.
Stopping power for the new Hero Karizma XMR motorcycle comes from a 300mm disc brake at the front and a smaller 230mm disc brake at the rear. Moreover, the braking system is further enhanced with the help of a dual-channel ABS unit.
In terms of features, the new Hero Karizma XMR comes equipped with features such as projector LED headlamps with Auto On/Off function, hazard switch, backlit switchgear, LED taillamps, LED turn indicators, an all-new inverted LCD digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, and an adjustable windscreen.
Coming to the pricing, the new Hero Karizma XMR motorcycle is now priced at Rs 1,79,900 (ex-showroom). Moreover, the model has so far gathered more than 13,000 bookings in the country.
