Harley-Davidson Road Glide CVO and Street Glide CVO revealed. Both of these premium baggers sport a new version of the Milwaukee-Eight 121 engine.

The American motorcycle giant best known for its cruisers is celebrating its 120th Anniversary this year and it will reveal more details about both bikes at an event scheduled for the 7th of June.

The two new ultra-premium bagger motorcycles are from Harley's own in-house customization gurus, Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO). And like every other motorcycle from CVO, these bikes feature a host of customizations direct from the factory floor.

According to Harley-Davidson, both bikes sport dramatic new visual designs, two paint/ finish options, new suspension setups, and a new infotainment setup.

Both the new 2023 Harley-Davidson CVO models - Road Glide and Street Glide - will sport the all-new Milwaukee-Eight 121 engine which among things gets Variable Valve Timing (VVT).

The 121 in the name of the new VVT engine from Harley-Davidson is also expected to be its displacement in cubic inches which translates to 1,982cc for the rest of us using metric. The new engine is expected to be paired up with a 6-speed gearbox.

The new Milwaukee-Eight 121 will be the first in Harley's Milwaukee-Eight family of engines to feature VVT. This feature has been seen on Harley's newer Revolution Max engines and is expected to help the Milwaukee-Eight keep up with stricter emission norms.

Both new CVO models sport new fairings. The Road Glide CVO features an aggressively updated version of the sharknose design from 2021 that integrates with the fuel tank, side covers and saddlebags.

Harley Davidson Street Glide CVO

The Street Glide CVO's batwing fairing has been updated as well and now integrates rather nicely with the rest of the body panels of the bagger. The 2023 Street Glide CVO also features a more upswept windshield.

Thoughts About The 2023 Harley-Davidson Street Glide CVO & Road Glide CVO

The two new baggers from Harley-Davidson's CVO division are madder than ever and as always the American firm is keeping the details close to its chest.

However, with Harley's 120th birthday celebrations just around the corner, we don't wind waiting till the 7th of June for more details.
