Ducati Diavel for Bentley Revealed As Limited Run Special Inspired By The Batur
Ducati and Bentley have unveiled an exclusive collaboration that brings the best of both brands to motorcycle enthusiasts. The Ducati Diavel for Bentley is a limited-edition motorcycle that pays homage to Bentley's most powerful production car ever, the Batur.
The Ducati Diavel for Bentley is based on the high-performance Diavel V4 but incorporates elements from the Bentley Batur. The Diavel for Batur will be produced in a numbered series limited to 500 examples. Additionally, there will be an exclusive run of 50 "Ducati Diavel for Bentley Mulliner".
The Ducati Diavel for Bentley retains the aggressive lines of the Diavel V4 but incorporates key design elements from the Batur. The bike features five-spoke Super Sport wheels finished in polished chrome with blue accents, reflecting the grey metallic blue of the original car. The Scarab Green colour, taken from the Bentley Mulliner palette, is used throughout the bodywork.
The rider's seat is finished in black Alcantara which is inspired by the interior of the Batur. The Bentley logo is embroidered on the rear pad, adding an extra touch of exclusivity. The limited-run Ducati Diavel for Bentley also uses quite a bit of carbon fibre for its body panels.
In addition to the standard 500 Diavel for Bentley examples, Ducati also offers a series of just 50 examples, called Diavel for Bentley Mulliner. The 50 Diavel for Bentley Mulliner motorcycles will be available exclusively to Mulliner customers.
Through direct collaboration with designers at Centro Stile Ducati, these customers will be able to configure their Diavel for Bentley Mulliner with different colours for the saddle, front brake callipers, carbon fibre parts and rims.
Each Ducati Diavel for Bentley will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity, a passenger seat and a motorcycle cover. A special animation at the key-on makes the Diavel for Bentley even more unmistakable.
Mechanically, the Diavel for Bentley is unchanged compared to the DIavel V4 with the bike using a 1,158cc V4 engine that pushes out 166.28bhp at 10,750rpm and 126Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm.
The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and together they drive the Diavel for Bentley to a top speed of 299km/h.
